I failed my 1 hour sugar test so I had to go have a 3 hour test to make sure I do not have gestational diabetes. It was just horrible. I had to go to a Quest lab after fasting for 12 hours and drink a sugary drink. Then I had my blood drawn 4 times, once every hour. I was not allowed to eat or drink anything the whole time I was there.

I nearly passed out from hunger. I was seeing stars and so dizzy. And bored.

The good thing? I passed! No gestational diabetes for me! I am going to go eat linguine with clam sauce now. Yum.
